Refund policy

7-Day Returns

We accept returns for both defective/damaged products and non-defective products (change of mind), within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery date. Claims raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
  • For damage/defect claims: An unboxing video of the package is mandatory to file a claim.
  • Return shipping fee: For non-defective returns (change of mind), a ₹1000 fee applies to cover reverse pickup and shipping costs, deducted from your refund. Transit damage and manufacturing defect claims are not charged this fee — pickup is free.

How to Return:

  1. Email team@solarfoldbharat.com with your order ID (and photos/video if the item is damaged)
  2. Get approval within 24 hours
  3. We arrange pickup from your location — self-shipping is not supported
  4. Refund processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method, after QC
  5. COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer, 3–7 business days
  6. For non-defective returns, ₹1000 is deducted from your refund toward pickup/shipping

Covered under damage/defect claims: Transit damage and manufacturing defects


Not covered: Water damage from submersion, missing accessories, heavy physical damage
