Easy 7-Day Returns for damaged products
Returns are only accepted for transit damage or manufacturing defects. Change of mind returns are not accepted. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery date (Claims raised after 7 days will not be accepted)

Condition: Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- An unboxing video of the package is mandatory to claim for damaged products.
How to Return:
- Email us at team@solarfoldbharat.com with order ID and photos/video
- Get approval (within 24 hours)
- We arrange free pickup from your location (Returns are only accepted via our arranged pickup service. Self-shipping is not supported.)
- Refund processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method after QC
- For COD Orders: We will contact you & Refund via UPI or bank transfer within 3-7 business days.
What's Covered: Transit damage and manufacturing defects only
What's Not: Water damage from submersion, missing accessories, heavy physical damage
Exchange Option Available: Prefer replacement? We'll ship a new unit within 48 hours.
