Warranty Policy

12-Month Comprehensive Warranty (Solar Panels Only)

Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of delivery

What's Covered:

1. Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
2. Junction box or connector failures
3. Panel output falling drastically from rated specifications (Note: An open-circuit voltage range of 21.0V to 23.6V is within normal operating range and does not constitute a defect)
4. Lamination issues or delamination

What's Not Covered:

1. Physical damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
2. Water damage from submersion beyond IP rating
3. Modifications or unauthorised repairs
4. Normal wear and cosmetic scratches
5. Damage caused by incorrect installation or wiring

How to Claim:

1. Email us at team@solarfoldbharat.com with your order ID and a description of the issue
2. Share photos or videos, including multimeter readings if possible — our team will guide you through the testing process if needed
3. We will respond within 3 business days
4. Valid claims will receive free repair or replacement

Post-Warranty: Repairs required after the warranty period are chargeable. Please contact us for a quote.
